Product User Experience Plan
User Experience Plan (“the Plan”) aims to improve the user experience of this Software, continuously improve the performance of the products and launch services that are helpful to you. Normal operation of devices will not be interrupted after joining in the Plan, and running this Plan will not reduce the performance of your device.
We will collect some of your data through event tracking within the scope of this Software.
1.You agree that we collect the following data through event tracking from your device for our analysis:
1) Your device information, such as device MAC address, device IP address, device location, system version number;
2) Your operation behavior data, such as operating time, number of operating events, length of application or function usage time.
2.The Plan only supports uploading when the network is connected
3.After we collect relevant data from you, we may conduct statistical analysis on the relevant data and use the aggregated analytical results for:
1) Testing the device performance of the product and improving the device operating performance;
2) Calculating the usage of each function of the product, analyzing the user behavior through statistical analysis, and improving the product operation experience and optimizing function design;
3) Other uses based on statistical results.
4.We will strictly keep all information collected from your device confidential, such as adopting various security measures in the data processing process, and implementing safeguard measures such as storage and transmission security encryption, etc., so as to avoid unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your information, and ensure the safety of data transmission.
5.We will store your data only for the shortest time we need. We will delete or anonymize all data collected from your device for the Plan once the statistical analysis is completed. If you have any doubts or requests about our data usage in the Plan, please feel free to contact support@bytello.com.
6.The Plan is closed by default. You have the right to turn the item of "User Experience Plan" to "On" or "Off" according to your own wishes on the account settings column, and decide to join in or quit the Plan.
7. According to the adjustment and development of product functions, we may modify the instructions of the Plan. We will release relevant information in the form of push notifications when upgrading to notify you in time.
8. We will fully comply with the requirements of the Privacy Policy in the entire process of above-mentioned data collection and use. For related policies, please refer to Privacy Policy.
产品用户体验计划
“用户体验计划”（以下简称“本计划”）是为了改善本产品的用户体验，持续不断地提升产品性能，推出对您有帮助的服务。加入本计划后，设备的正常运行不会被打断，并且运行本计划不会降低您设备的性能。
我们会通过埋点的方式收集本软件内的使用操作数据。
1. 您同意从您的设备通过埋点收集以下数据，供我们进行分析：
1) 您的设备信息，如设设备Mac地址、设备IP地址、设备所在地、系统版本号；
2) 您的操作行为数据，如操作时间、操作事件发生次数、应用或功能使用时长；
2. 本计划仅支持在网络连接状态下上传。
3. 我们收集到您的相关数据后，可能会对相关数据进行统计分析，将汇总分析结果用于：
1) 对产品进行设备性能检测，改善产品运行性能；
2) 对产品的各个功能使用情况进行统计，通过分析统计数据进行用户 行为分析、提升产品操作体验及优化功能设计；
3) 其他基于统计层面结果的应用行为。
4. 我们对从您设备收集的所有信息严格保密，如在数据处理流程中采取各类安全措施，并实施存储和传输安全加密等保障手段等，以避免您的信息遭到未经授权的访问、使用或披露，并保证数据传输过程中的安全。
5. 我们将仅在所需的最短时间内存储您的数据。项目统计分析完成后，我们将删除或匿名化为了本计划而从您的设备收集的所有数据。如您对我们在本计划内的数据使用情况有任何疑虑或请求，请随时联系 support@bytello.com
6. 本计划默认关闭。您有权根据自身的意愿，通过设置内存在一栏 ，将“用户体验计划”项调整为“开启”或“关闭”，自主决定参与或退出本计划。
7. 根据产品功能的调整与发展，我们可能会对本计划说明进行修改，并以推送通知的方式发布相关信息以便及时通知到您。
8. 我们将完全遵循隐私政策的要求从事上述整个数据收集、使用过程，相关政策请参阅隐私政策。
